8th Annual Fundraiser Tournament


The 8th Annual Fundraiser will take place at A.L. Gustin Golf Course. There will be a 11 am lunch and registration with a noon shotgun start. It is $500 per 4 person team.

Girls Golf Camp

Come on out to the Columbia Golf Foundation Jr. LPGA Golf Camp! The camp will take place over 5 sessions from June 14-15th and June 21st-23rd. There will be two sessions for this camp, one for less experienced players from 8:30 – 10am, and one for players who have attended the camp for 4 years from 10:30 – 12pm. The camp will be held at A.L. Gustin Golf Course. We hope to see you there!

CGF 8th annual Jr. Camp

Tom Loyd, a long time presence in the local golf community, was inducted into the Columbia Golf Hall of Fame in a ceremony held November 10 at The Club at Old Hawthorne.  He is shown above accepting his HOF plaque from Stephanie Priesmeyer, host of the event.

2016 Juniors got a surprise visit from MU’s Drew Lock & Alec Abeln, a CGF volunteer (back row)

For 2017 CGF plans a 4-week golf program for kids aged 5-14 to be conducted each Thursday in July.  The first week will entail a learning session.  After that participants will compete in an informal 3-hole scramble each evening of league play. Coaches for each team are provided and parents are invited to join the fun.  A pizza party will be held after the final session.
